RETURNS and REFUNDS<\/b><\/p>\n

Types of Return Requests:<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Return<\/b>: Product returned to Rently within 14 days of receipt for a credit, requiring the original sales order.<\/span>\n

    1. Items must be in like-new condition to be eligible for credit. Any loose parts or opened accessories are ineligible for credit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    2. Exchange<\/b>: Product returned to Rently within 14 days of receipt, to be exchanged with an item of the clients choosing. Additional cost may apply.<\/span>\n

      1. Items must be in like-new condition to be eligible for exchange. Any loose parts or opened accessories are ineligible for exchange.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)<\/b>: Items found to be defective and returned to Rently for credit and\/or replacement. Items must fall within the warranty timeframe as noted in the matrix below.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        For All Returns, Exchanges, and RMAs, please contact Rently\u2019s Support team through your assigned Client Success \/ Support Manager, call our support line at (888) 340-6340, or email us at <\/span>orders@rently.com<\/span><\/a>. Be ready to provide the original Sales Order number and\/or individual product serial number information, as this information is needed to verify warranty eligibility.<\/span><\/p>\n

        RETURN PROCESS and REQUIRED APPROVALS<\/b><\/p>\n

        All Returns require pre-authorization. To initiate a return and acquire approval, please contact Rently through one of the channels listed above.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Once returns are approved, Rently will provide a Return Authorization number and shipping label(s) to return the item(s).<\/span><\/p>\n

        Warranty Reminder:<\/b> Rently\u2019s Warranty Policy covers manufacturer defects only. Any damage related to incorrect installation or mis-handling of hardware will not be covered.<\/span><\/p>\n
